Partnership with tradition: Berger & BRUCHA - Meat & Co Issue 01/2020

With more than 70 years of experience, the Lower Austrian family-owned company BRUCHA produces the proven BRUCHA panels for refrigeration and freezer, industrial and agricultural hall construction and installs projects worldwide with its own installation teams. Special instead of 08/15
No wonder, then, that another traditional company turned to the experienced cold room specialist. Fleischwaren Berger Ges.m.b.H. & Co KG wanted Brucha Gesellschaft m.b.H to realize a new, state-of-the-art gastro kitchen according to current standards. In May of last year the construction of this new kitchen started - which was prepared individually according to the customer's wishes. For example, an improved type of corner design was chosen, which does not provide a foothold for dirt deposits. Instead of the conventional angled corners, all corner panels were given a step cut and the resulting joint was hard grouted. This enables much more efficient cleaning and thus absolutely hygienic conditions in this sensitive area.

In addition to these special designs, the new gastro kitchen from Berger impresses with glass surfaces totaling over 100 m². Even with the installed fixed glazing, meticulous attention was paid to the highest standards of hygiene and therefore all glass surfaces were installed flush with the surface on both sides to prevent dirt and bacteria from gaining a foothold. The kitchen is a masterly tour de force and shows once again that a collaboration between two traditional companies always bears great fruit.
