BAU Munich 2019 - Trade fair review

Big, bigger, BAU 2019

In the period from 14 to 19 January 2019, BAU 2019 once again transformed the Munich Exhibition Center into THE world's leading trade fair for the construction industry - with BRUCHA!

BAU 2019 once again reached peak values. On an area of 200,000 square meters for the first time, 2,250 exhibitors from 45 countries showed their products and solutions in the construction industry. 250,000 visitors and, for the first time, 85,000 of them from abroad from over 150 countries underpin BAU's status as the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems. With almost 70,000 participants, every fourth visitor came from the field of architecture, engineering and planning.

Also we from Brucha did not miss the chance to be part of this extra class spectacle. Not only the fair convinced this year with an even bigger stream of visitors, also the rush to our booth and the interest in our products were very high. Especially our facade panels with Corten steel attracted curious glances. In addition to the exhibited products, we again stood out from the mass of booths with our cozy Viennese coffee house. In this setting our guests could inform themselves about our company and all novelties, such as the new HABA Universal 100 revolving door, while enjoying Austrian Kaiserschmarrn and coffee. The new revolving door was developed especially for hall construction and enjoyed lively interest during the exhibition week. In addition to several regular customers, many new interested parties also found their way to our booth. There were many interesting conversations with architects, planners and engineers from all over the world. In this sense, we look back on a very informative and successful BAU 2019 and are already looking forward to the next edition of this mega event.
